Preconstruction Services

Our preconstruction services include site analysis, continuous estimating, value engineering, market analysis, and long lead procurement.
Construction Services
During construction, it is our goal to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality. Our collaborative approach to construction allows for early identification of issues and seamless resolutions. Our typical services include development and maintenance of schedule, coordination of trade contractor activities, strong stakeholder communication, quality and safety programs, development and execution of site logistics, project administration services, timely project closeout and client move in assistance.
Safe Building
Safety is our first priority. We promote a culture of active caring and full engagement with Turner’s safety program trademarked as Building L.I.F.E (Living Injury Free Everyday). The Building L.I.F.E. approach strives to eliminate all incidents through pre-planning construction activities with safety engagement commencing at the launch of every project. The goal of this program is to eliminate jobsite hazards, strengthen worker protection, and recognize exemplary safety and health programs. We look to send all those who work and visit our sites in the same (if not better) condition than when they arrived.
Sustainable Building
We are committed to sustainability in both our operations and in the projects we build. Turner is a founding member of the United States Green Building Council with representation on the council's board across the nation. We will use our technical expertise to create a healthy, prosperous, and sustainable future for our people, clients, and the environment. On staff, Turner has 88 LEED Accredited professionals as well as experience with Living Building Challenge, Passive House and WELL certified projects . As part of Turner’s effort to leave the world a better place, we have announced a commitment to reducing water consumption and greenhouse gas emissions from our construction operations by 50% by 2030.
Lean Building
Embracing the principles of lean construction in our offices as well as on our jobsites, we emphasize and encourage close collaboration, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement in order to reduce waste and enhance the value of our services to clients. Being able to eliminate re-work saves not only time and money but helps ensure the highest level of quality to our clients.
