Jodi Rennie is vice president and general manager of Turner’s Pennsylvania and New Jersey offices, and is responsible for the general management and operations of Pennsylvania, New Delaware, and New Jersey. Jodi provides executive-level leadership and management, establishing communication protocols, overseeing staff development, and supervising risk evaluation, contract negotiations and pricing decisions.
Jodi is a graduate of Rutgers University and joined Turner in 1987 working on various assignments during her career. In 2015 she was named vice president and in 2017 became the vice president and general manager of the Pittsburgh Office. In 2020 Jodi became Vice President and General Manager for Turner's Pennsylvania offices, then became Senior Vice President and Regional General Manager in 2022.
Jodi sits on the Board of Directors for the Master Builders' Association of Western Pennsylvania (MBA).
Dave Kaminski
Vice President & General Manager
Dave serves as vice president and general manager of Turner’s Philadelphia office. Dave provides executive-level leadership and management, establishing communication protocols, overseeing staff development, and supervising risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions.
Dave joined Turner in 2008 as a field engineer and spent three years on various project assignments before moving into the cost department. In April 2013, Dave transferred back to the field on the Lincoln Financial Field project, first in preconstruction and then in the role of mechanical/electrical engineer. Dave later moved to the FMC Tower at Cira Centre South project as the MEP manager before moving to Business Development. He most recently held the position of Business Development Manager.
Dave received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
Kevin Cooke
Vice President and Operations Manager
Kevin Cooke serves as vice president and operations manager for Turner’s Philadelphia office. In this capacity, he leads, manages, and coordinates all phases of multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Kevin joined the Philadelphia office in 1995, serving as a field engineer and assistant superintendent. He transferred to the Special Projects Division in 1999. He served as both a superintendent and an engineer before being promoted, in 2004, to operations manager of the Special Projects Division. Two years later, he moved back to the office’s main division, serving as a project manager. In 2010, he returned to serve as operations manager of the Special Projects Division until his promotion, in 2012, to manager of the Special Projects Division. Kevin was named a vice president in 2015.
Kevin received his bachelor’s degree in construction management from Spring Garden College in Pennsylvania.
Pete Schramm
Vice President, Construction Executive
Pete Schramm is a construction executive in Turner’s Philadelphia office. He oversees a number of projects and is responsible for planning operational activities, maintaining relationships with the entire project team, and orchestrating all actions necessary to achieve the project’s safety, quality, scheduling, and budgetary goals from the design phase through the completion of construction execution.
Pete joined Turner’s Philadelphia office as an assistant superintendent in 1998. He also served as an assistant superintendent and a superintendent for the office’s Special Projects Division. In 2006 he was promoted to project manager, serving in both the Special Projects Division and Philadelphia’s main office. In 2014 he was promoted to project executive and in 2016 he was promoted to construction executive, his most recent role.
Pete holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Spring Garden College in Pennsylvania.
John Ricketts
Interiors and Special Projects Division Manager
John Ricketts is manager of Turner’s Interiors and Special Projects Division in Philadelphia. John provides executive-level leadership and management, establishing communication protocols, overseeing staff development, and supervising risk evaluation, contract negotiations and pricing decisions.
John joined Turner’s Philadelphia office in 2003 as a field engineer before becoming an estimating assistant in 2005. Between 2007 and 2012, John held the roles of engineer or superintendent on several projects. In 2013, he became preconstruction manager for the Interiors and Special Projects Division, then was promoted to Project Manager in 2014 for several large projects. John was most recently promoted to Operations Manager for the Interiors and Special Projects Division in 2017 before becoming manager in 2019.
John received his bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minor in Economics from Lafayette College. In 2014, he received a master’s of business administration degree in business management from Villanova University.
