Hassalo on Eighth Green Roof
Hassalo on Eighth - Green Roofs - Portland, OR

Engineering News-Record has again ranked Turner number one among the country’s green contractors – a position the company has held since 2008.

Local Green Project Highlights:
The entire Hasslo on Eighth, three building development, is LEED Platinum certified. The project's custom Natural Organic Recycling Machine (N.O.R.M) that treats all waste water on-site and 38,000 square feet of green roofs were key components of the sustainability plan.

At the time of completion, the University of Portland Donald P. Shiley Hall renovation and addition was one of only 25 buildings on college campuses to earn LEED Platinum certification.

The Dalles Middle School was the first school in the State of Oregon to be built under the federal LEED system for rating buildings. It achieved LEED Gold and was awarded a High Performance Award from the Oregon Office of Energy.

The Hudson office building in Vancouver, WA is LEED Gold certified and inside, Mackenzie's office space earned Green Building Initiative’s 4-Green Globe Sustainable Interiors certification -1 the highest certification rating a tenant improvement can receive.
