This 258,000 square foot recreation facility was uniquely designed for the City of Edmonton and their stakeholders. It features significant and very interesting building geometry as well as materials not traditionally found in our marketplace and was constructed to achieve LEED® NC Silver. It includes:

a 160,000 square foot recreation center with an over-sized gymnasium, fitness area, running track, change facilities, multi-purpose rooms, multicultural spaces, concession space, child minding/child play area

an aquatics hall with a 25 meter, 8-lane pool with 1- and 3-meter-high springboards, and 5-meter-high diving platform, waterslide, children’s pool, lazy river, leisure pool, and whirl pool

renovations to the Twin Arena with one olympic-size and one National Hockey Leauge-size ice rinks, as well as a new roof, building envelope upgrades, ice plant, and miscellaneous interior and exterior upgrades.

the 18,000 square foot City of Edmonton Library.

the 27,000 square foot Cardinal Collins Catholic High School Completion Centre.

the 6,000 square foot Edmonton Catholic School Board Daycare.

development of a 40-acre site including seven fields for baseball diamonds and soccer pitches, and walking trails.
