This new, 18-story, 435,600 sq. ft. mixed use high-rise overlooking Market Square in downtown Pittsburgh is separated into three cubical structures: a hotel cube at one end, an above-ground parking garage cube at the other end, and a 7-story office cube set atop the parking garage. The building delivers 142,300 sq. ft. of Class A office space, 198 Hilton Garden Inn Hotel rooms, 12,400 sq. ft. retail space, and a 144,400 sq. ft. / 330-space parking garage. The Hilton Garden Inn, which has its own entrance, includes amenities such as a 2,000 sq. ft. flexible meeting / event space, a lounge, a fitness center, an American themed Revel + Roost two-floor restaurant, and a Caribbean themed restaurant, Pirata. There are 7 floors of LEED Silver designed trophy-class office space with 18,500 sq. ft. floor plates and 10 ft. floor-to-ceiling ribbon-glass windows with views of Market Square and beyond.
