Time Warner Shared Services Renovations

The Time Warner, Inc. Shared Services project consists of interior renovations for office space that includes interior partitions, flooring, ceilings, lighting, low voltage, demountable partitions, UPS System, supplemental air units, misc. metals, furnishings, etc. In order to help achieve the very short two month schedule, long lead items were pre-purchased (light fixtures, UPS, supplemental air units, demountable partitions, etc.) prior to the final construction documents. Another time constraint was the completion of the IT Room. This room had to be completed one month prior to the project completion to allow the Owner to begin installing their IT equipment so it would be ready for the project completion. The IT Room as well as the overall project were delivered on time and the employees were able to move in to begin work on the scheduled date.
