Altus Office Fit-Out

A Swift Transformation

The Altus Office Renovation project was a 13,000 sq. ft. renovation that included open work stations, closed offices, one board room, two conference rooms, various huddle areas and a cafe/kitchen.

The project schedule was a fast-track 13 week duration from design to substantial completion, including all necessary interior demolition work. Night work was completed during the demolition phase in order to ensure none of the existing tenants were disturbed as the building was fully occupied throughout the duration of the project.

New partitions, millwork, lighting, and flooring were the primary scopes of work. Minor MEP and HVAC reconfigurations were also included in order to better accommodate the existing space.
