Turner Construction’s Special Projects Division, which performs renovations, additions, and build-outs for commercial, healthcare, and educational facilities throughout the Front Range was recently awarded three new projects.
Saratoga Casino Steakhouse is a 5,000 square foot renovation and conversion of a buffet-style restaurant to a steakhouse. The project includes updated finishes, lighting, seating, and kitchen equipment.
Confidential Client Data Center includes adding four power distribution units (PDU) to serve transport core rooms. Installation of the added PDU modules will result in additional capacity for the two network equipment centers that are approximately 9,000 square feet each. In addition, two added remote power panels (RPP) will be added to each of the transport core rooms. The Building Automation System will be modified in order to incorporate alarms and monitoring from the new PDU and RPP units. The current Square D metering system will also be modified in order to incorporate new PDU and RPP units.
KPMG Denver Expansion 3 is a 4,100 square foot tenant build-out on the 20th floor of 1225 17th Street in downtown Denver. As KPMG continues to grow in Denver, this office will supplement Turner’s 9,000 square foot build-out in the adjacent space on the 20th floor. This project includes six glass-front offices, three conference rooms, and one collaborative project room.
