Turner and TriHealth Complete Phase One of Ambulatory Services Building at Good Samaritan Hospital

New facility will advance transformation of the historic Cincinnati medical campus.

Turner and TriHealth celebrated the substantial completion of Phase One of the Ambulatory Services Building at Good Samaritan Hospital.

The five-story, 168,000-square-foot facility brings together essential and advanced healthcare services, including a new emergency department, an enhanced surgical institute, neurosciences, cancer and blood care, heart and vascular care, and women’s services. The facility also expands Good Samaritan’s diagnostic imaging capabilities.

The project builds on a longstanding relationship between Turner, TriHealth, and Good Samaritan Hospital that spans more than 50 years. Turner’s work at Good Samaritan dates back to the 1980s, beginning what has become a decades-long partnership centered on the growth and evolution of the hospital campus. Over the years, Turner has continued to support Good Samaritan through multiple generations of improvements, renovations, and expansions while the hospital remained an active healthcare environment.

Today, that history provides the foundation for Turner’s continued work at Good Samaritan, combining decades of familiarity with the campus with a shared commitment to building for the hospital’s future. The Ambulatory Services Building is a central component of TriHealth’s $240 million investment in Good Samaritan Hospital to modernize the campus, improve access and wayfinding, and support the evolving healthcare needs of patients throughout the Cincinnati region.
