Turner has been building in Connecticut since 1916, serving a diverse range of clients across our State as well as our neighboring regions of Westchester County, New York and Western Massachusetts. Our Connecticut office employs over 185 employees and completes over $450M in construction annually. In Westchester County, we average approximately $100-$150M of construction annually, managing multiple projects in the healthcare and commercial market segments.

HISTORY
Established in Connecticut in 1983 with offices in Norwalk and Hartford, we later opened a main office in Shelton before relocating to Milford for 15 years. In 2014, we returned to Shelton, where our Business Unit office is located today

SPECIAL PROJECTS DIVISION / INTERIORS
Our Special Projects Division offers the personal attention of a smaller construction firm while providing the technical expertise, resources, financial stability and buying power of a larger firm. Our projects typically range in size from $100,000 to $20 million. This specialized division focuses on flexibility, efficiency and sensitivity that clients require.

VDC/BIM
Connecticut’s VDC Group is at the forefront of Virtual Design and Construction and Building Information Modeling. Leveraging advanced tools and deep expertise, our team applies VDC on every project to drive measurable results and continuously raise the bar for project delivery
