Turner provided construction management services for this 22,000 square foot Phase 2 addition of the Westport / Weston Family Y, which Turner built in 2014. The scope included gymnastics space, classroom space and camp ground improvements. Also included was a pool and pool house.
The first phase included improvements included a pool lodge, outdoor swimming pool, splash pad, giant slides, a multipurpose field, playground features, pavilions, waterfront overlook and amphitheater. The second phase consisted of a 21,000 square foot addition with dance, aerobic studios, weight training space and a gymnastics center.
