With the redevelopment of a 15-acre urban brownfield site, this growing pharmaceutical-tech firm has created a unique headquarters campus with a focus on employee health and well-being. The campus features two post-tension concrete mid-rise office buildings, totaling 418,000 square-feet, located above a three-level 1,900 vehicle parking garage. Enclosed pedestrian sky-bridges allow staff and visitors convenient access between the two office buildings.
The exposed concrete interior provides an artistic industrial appeal complimented with natural daylighting and timber framed conference spaces with peaked timber ceilings. The campus also features an open atrium and two monumental stairs with common seating and gathering space, a full service kitchen and café', and multiple hydro-bar locations. The campus' outdoor environment includes a shared terrace and plaza green spaces, fitness amenities and outdoor recreation.
