Turner provided services for the construction and repositioning of 728,000 square feet for Rudin Management. In total, the superblock structure consists of four luxury condominium buildings boasting 195 condominium units and five six-story town homes. To facilitate the construction activities the team demolished St. Vincent’s Hospital and remediated the site. 
 
The scope of work also included a façade restoration, renovation, and 435,000 square feet of construction. A shared 95,000 square foot continuous cellar accommodates amenities, parking, and mechanical rooms. High-end interior finishes include solid wood flooring with custom in-lays, specialty ceramic tiles and marble stone. Select condominium units feature additional amenities, such as private rooftop terraces, fireplaces and pizza ovens. The development is brought together with a landscaped central courtyard.
