Turner provided construction management consulting services as a subconsultant to the design-build general contractor, Marhnos Engineering and Construction on the Procter & Gamble Razor Manufacturing Facility.

The project comprises two separate buildings totaling over 100,000 square meters which are linked together on a 60-acre site. Both buildings employ a conventional steel truss type construction and contain approximately 370 square meters of office space on the ground and mezzanine floors.

The plant produces Gillette razors and razor blades which are used to supply the Americas and parts of Europe and Asia.

Sustainable elements include full water treatment and waste water treatment plants with zero emissions.
