The 20-story Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center is the cornerstone of a 42-acre National Harbor Development, located on the Potomac River. The 2.4 million square foot facility is the largest hotel and convention complex on the Eastern Seaboard.

This project includes 2,000 hotel rooms, more than 470,000 square feet of convention/meeting space and parking for 2,600 cars. Each hotel tower was built to move independently for wind and seismic conditions.
