The three-story, 40,000 square foot Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library is located in Denver’s historic Five Points neighborhood. The facility includes a full-service neighborhood library on the first floor. The second floor houses research archives about influential African Americans in the West. The third floor houses an expansive gallery for exhibits about African Americans and their accomplishments.

The exhibit space, which features a large, covered terrace with views of the city skyline to the west, can also be used for community gatherings and social events. Other amenities include a small service kitchen for catered events, a 100-person meeting room on the first floor and high-end interior finishes throughout.
