Vice President, Operations Manager

In this role, Jason is responsible for leading operational planning and delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment across safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance. He works closely with the Business Unit Leadership Team to manage risk, align resources, and support project teams in delivering complex work that reflects Turner’s standards of excellence.
Jason joined Turner in 2005 after graduating from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Over the past two decades, he has spent his career in the Midwest, delivering successful projects for our partners. During this time, Jason has led our preconstruction department, launching projects and establishing strong foundations for safety, budget, and schedule. He has also built and managed high-performing teams delivering projects across multiple market segments.
Some of Jason’s most iconic projects include the University of Kansas Gateway District and Stadium, the University of Kansas Allen Fieldhouse, Children’s Mercy Hospital, Margaritaville Hotel, and Hollywood Casino.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys playing golf, watching his children participate in sports, and traveling to the beach with his wife, Michele, and their three daughters— Madeline, Avery and Emerson.
