Turner provided project and construction management services for PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Hanoi. The suites are located at the scenic West Lake, Hanoi’s largest freshwater lake and local landmark.
The 126 unit PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Hanoi consists of 14-storys and two basement levels. The building has a total gross area of 170,000 square feet and is divided into two main blocks; a podium delivering retail luxury offerings while the two high-rise apartment blocks are on top. The glass façade is slanted to provide natural light in public areas while also emphasizing architectural visualization. This design allows for remarkable views of the lake and nearby surroundings.
