This 43-storey elliptical landmark structure located within the Burj Khalifa District was designed to be an integral part of the “world’s largest shopping mall” when it was built. The hotel tower consists of 244 hotel rooms and suites, 449 serviced apartments, and a clubhouse. A three-story podium includes three restaurants, a banquet hall, a business center, meeting rooms, a gymnasium with spa facilities, and a landscaped pool deck. The total gross floor area for the project equals approximately 92,400 sq. m. In addition, a 1,027-space parking lot has been allocated for both hotel and service apartment use. The ambiance of the hotel was further enhanced by extensive hard and soft landscaping and a three-story water feature.
