New 113,000 sq. ft. college dormitory complex at Princeton University

This project consisted of a college dormitory complex at Princeton University. This project replaced 5 former structures that were built in the 1960’s. The building is subdivided into 5 residence halls. It is a combination of 2, 3, and 4-story structures, for a total of 113,000 sq. ft. The 2 L-shaped residence halls include dormitories, common areas, food emporium, laundry room, kitchenettes, study areas, lounge rooms, paved parking, sidewalks, earthwork, grading, landscaping, and a pedestrian bridge with the same masonry exterior characteristics of the building. This project also features many sustainable features.
