Plenty of Fish

This project included the three storey office renovation for Plenty of Fish located in the Stack building on 1133 Melville Street. The new office was a fully functional and move-in ready Class A and technology enhanced office environment designed to efficiently and effectively accommodate the occupancy of approximately 150 employees. The scope of work included open and closed office space, collaboration space, a cafe and kitchen area, boardrooms, and an interconnecting staircase. The project finishes included custom millwork and lighting throughout. The showcase piece of the space was their interconnecting staircase, which lead into an outdoor patio that occured where the stack of the building transitions into a new block. Turner collaborated with MMoser, to help identify over $393,000 in value engineering while still maintaining the design intent.
