New York City School Construction Authority, The Elias Howe School P.S. 51

Turner provided construction management services for a five-story school for 640 students on West 44th Street in Manhattan. The building included 24 classrooms, two special education classrooms, educational amenities, and faculty facilities. Scope of work also included the demolition of an adjacent NYPD parking lot, an abandoned single-Story building, and a portion of the Shamrock Horse Stables. With the guidance of a LEAN oriented management team provided by Turner, the project was completed in just three years.
