Kaiser Permanente Walnut Creek Medical Surgery Unit

Where Expertise Meets Compassion

OSHPD - Demolition and renovation took place to the existing 12,000 square foot Emergency Department in the existing operational hospital, turning it into a new 16-bed medical surgery nursing unit. Scope included new MEP/F, nurse call and pneumatic tube systems and new exhaust system to service negative pressure isolation room. Construction took place in an existing operating hospital above X-ray and radiology center.
