Hudson's Bay Company, Lord & Taylor Manhasset

Turner provided construction services for a Lord and Taylor location along the 'Miracle Mile,’ one of Long Island’s prominent shopping districts. The 150,000 sq. ft. store required close coordination with the client and their Owner-Vendors, who were located across the U.S. and Canada and were supplying custom casework. The scope of work included the renovation of the existing store and the fit-out of the 50,000 sq. ft. addition.

This work was completed in three phases to keep the store open to the public throughout construction. To ensure operations continued as expected, the team installed temporary ductwork to supply heating and cooling services to the store's occupied areas. In addition, ongoing agency coordination was paramount to ensuring the new life-safety systems were approved and spaces turned over when promised.
