Turner provided construction management services for a confidential client's downtown office. Completed in 3 phases, the tenant improvements are a complete build-out of the office interiors across 8 floors. The new space includes a blend of single offices, open work areas, large conference rooms, AODA compliant washrooms and work cafes. The project started from a core & shell stage and included modification to existing RAF construction to match new wall layout, acoustic and feature exposed ceilings, carpet and tile flooring and custom millwork. The project had extensive coordination with vinyl graphics for wall decoration to designate work areas, give areas themes and utilize for wayfinding. Feature lighting with critical lead times were procured through “SourceBlue” – Turner’s in-house procurement department saving the client approximately 5% in lighting costs and guaranteeing delivery across international borders even through the COVID-19 pandemic.
