Construction Dive has named Lori Ann Stevens, Vice President and Technical Designer in Turner Engineering Group, a 2026 Construction Champion, recognizing her outstanding technical leadership and industry impact.
Stevens plays a key role in advancing progressive design-build delivery across complex aviation and infrastructure programs. Her portfolio includes leadership on landmark projects such as San Diego International Airport’s New Terminal 1, the LAX Midfield Satellite Concourse, and major terminal programs at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and San Francisco International Airport. She is known for resolving complex design challenges early, aligning multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring owner criteria, constructability, and operational requirements are seamlessly integrated.

She also has lectured at San Diego State University, teaching advanced planning, scheduling, and labor productivity to future construction professionals.
