A Vibrant and Modern Workplace, with the End-Use at the Forefront

This project represents a comprehensive transformation of AstraZeneca's Canadian head office in Mississauga, Ontario. The primary goal was to craft a dynamic and contemporary workspace with the end users' needs at its core. The design incorporates flexible office zones and neighborhoods, offering a diverse array of work environments tailored to the specific requirements of the occupants.

The scope of work encompasses extensive upgrades to the HVAC, electrical, audio-visual, and plumbing systems, along with the installation of high-end furniture and workstations. The project also involves the introduction of new flooring, ceilings, lighting, and the enhancement of washroom facilities. Notable features include the incorporation of Modernfold Operable and DIRTT demountable partitions in meeting areas, private phone booth spaces for added privacy, and inviting cafe-style employee lounges. This project represents a holistic reimagination of AstraZeneca's workspace, merging functionality and aesthetics to create a vibrant and forward-thinking environment.
