95 Jackson

Reviving 1907 Historic Brick Building

95 Jackson is a historic brick building in the Pioneer Square neighborhood built in 1907. The project scopes included a seismic upgrade to the shell and core, two large x-bracing moment frames, diaphragm repairs, a 3,000 sq. ft. heavy timber mezzanine, new MEPF systems, and a new elevator. The work also included the removal of several large brick infills followed by replacement with a new curtain wall system, new egress stairs, and pass-through openings to the adjacent building.
