A signature Navy Yard building

201 Rouse Boulevard is an 80,000 sq. ft., four-story office building that also includes a full kitchen and café area, a fitness center, and meeting spaces on the first floor. Floors typically consist of open office areas, conference rooms, support spaces, and café spaces. The upper floors, levels two through four, serve as office space for FS Investments (formerly Franklin Square Capital Partners), which was also fit out by Turner. The roof of the structure houses mechanical units behind a 12-foot-tall mechanical screen, and sitework improvements included the construction of a raised terrace, a pedestrian plaza, a paved drop-off area, and extensive landscaping to create a welcoming environment for people visiting and working in the building.
