Turner to Provide CM At-Risk Services for Jefferson – Houston Elementary School

Turner was recently selected to provide CM At-Risk services for the construction of Alexandria City Public Schools’ (ACPS) new Jefferson-Houston Elementary School. The original school, single story 83,400-square-foot facility, was constructed in the early 1960's.
Assigned an aggressive timetable for completion, the new school will be required to open in time for the 2014-15 academic year.
Alexandria City Public Schools is committed to constructing a facility that will become an integral part of the historic architecture of Old Town, which will serve the students of Alexandria for years to come.
