Turner has a long history of working to increase diversity and inclusion within our company and industry. In 2020, Turner established a 10-year vision: to reflect the communities in which we build and to achieve equitable representation at all levels of our company. This “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Impact Report" shares our progress.

As we increase our focus on equity, we are reimagining our recruiting program and taking steps to help all employees achieve their ultimate career potential through thoughtful mentorship and strategic placement.

Our industry and our workplace are not immune to the racism and bias that is present in our communities and society. We are taking steps to eliminate hate and bias in the workplace. We actively care for each other and ensure that everyone feels physically and psychologically safe. To create collaborative teams that lead with empathy, our employees and trade partners participate in anti-racism, anti-discrimination and anti-harassment learning.

During this past year, we joined more than 1,000 companies during Construction Inclusion Week to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in our industry. By working together, learning from one another and being consistent in commitments and actions towards maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment—free of harassment, hate or bigotry of any kind — we will encourage a positive change in the industry for generations of workers to come.

The work we do and the progress we make in building a more just society will be the most important, lasting, rewarding and life-changing work we will do in our careers.
