We are pleased to announce senior leadership appointments and expanded leadership roles. Collectively, these leaders represent 284 years of Turner experience, reflecting not only individual achievement but also Turner’s deep bench of talent and our continued focus on leadership development, collaboration, and long-term growth. We appreciate their leadership and look forward to the impact they will make across our company.

Jerry Crawford
Jerry Crawford serves as Managing Director overseeing Preconstruction, Procurement and Labor Relations, Federal, and Turner Technical Services. Jerry reports to Tom Reilly, President.

Jerry joined Turner in 2001. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001.

Matthew McCabe
Matthew McCabe serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, North America Operations, providing financial leadership across Turner’s operations. Matt reports to Christa Andresky, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Matt joined Turner in 2002. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a certificate in accounting from the University of Virginia.

Reed McMains
Reed McMains serves as Managing Director with leadership responsibility for Business Center 5.

Reed joined Turner in 2006. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Reed reports to Abrar Sheriff, President.

Fuquan Collins
Fuquan Collins serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer, providing enterprise leadership for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Community and Citizenship programs across Turner. Fuquan reports to Abrar Sheriff, President.

Fuquan joined Turner in 2005. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management a Certificate in Construction Management from New York University, a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Cornell University, and a Certificate in Business Analytics from MIT.

Dan Harmon
Dan Harmon serves as Senior Vice President within Turner’s Advanced Technology Group. Dan reports to Ben Kaplan, Managing Director.

Dan joined Turner in 1998. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan.

Augusta K. Fulcher
Augusta Fulcher serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, responsible for enhancing the employee experience and advancing operational excellence, across Turner’s Business Centers. Augusta reports to Roe Demonte, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Augusta joined Turner in 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from SUNY New Paltz, a Master of Science in Human Resources from Mercy College, a Certificate in Employment Law from Cornell University, and professional certifications in Human Resources from SHRM and HRCI.

Chris McFadden
Chris McFadden serves as Senior Vice President, Global Communications. Chris reports to Lisa Ballantyne, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.

Chris joined Turner in 1990. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Manhattan College.

Jairam Panch
Jairam Panch serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Turner International overseeing business operations across India, Southeast Asia, Turkey and UK. Jairam reports to Abrar Sheriff, President.

Jairam joined Turner in 1999. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Regional Engineering College, India, and a Master of Urban & Regional Planning from CEPT University.

Bert Rahm
Bert Rahm serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Turner’s New York office. Bert reports to Chris Beck, Managing Director.

Bert joined Turner in 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College.

Greg Smith
Greg Smith serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Preconstruction. Greg reports to Ben Kaplan, Managing Director.

Greg joined Turner in 1986. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Lawrence Tech University and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Drexel University.

Steve Spaulding
Steve Spaulding serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Environment, Health, and Safety Officer. Steve reports to Abrar Sheriff, President.

Steve joined Turner in 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marshall University and an MBA from Thomas More College.
