As part of our focus on inclusive thinking and continuous development, we brought our teams together and hosted Prof. Dr. Sinan Canan for an inspiring talk on inclusive thinking in business life.
In celebration of Women in Construction Week, we hosted an engaging quiz night that connected women employees from all project sites across the country, fostering connection and collaboration.
In September, we proudly served as the main organizer and sponsor of the Women Builders Summit, held at the Ziraat Bank Towers Auditorium, a Turner project. Bringing together over 400 industry leaders, the summit created a powerful platform for women leaders and academicians to share their insights, experiences, and vision for a more equitable construction industry. Lisa Ballantyne, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, visited Türkiye and delivered the opening remarks, setting the tone for a day of empowerment and leadership. İlayda Öner Mermerbaş, Deputy Country Manager for Türkiye, moderated the “Women Leaders Transforming the Industry” panel, guiding a meaningful and impactful discussion.
