Turner is providing project and construction management services for the Ziraat Bank Headquarters Complex. Situated in the heart of Istanbul Financial Center (IFC), the 4.5 million square feet complex is connected through a podium at the base where both the interior and exterior space has been designed to ensure a lively public realm at ground level. The complex includes two high-rise 46 and 40-story towers, seven floors of underground parking, commercial retail spaces, eight floors of podium space, a state of art auditorium structure, and an office that can accommodate around 5,000 employees.
The form of the building and its facade adopts geometrical patterns, and motifs of the Ottoman Empire, including the Ottoman symbol of the Tugra. Additionally, an auditorium with a distinctive pebble-like design will be located in the center of the atrium and is planned to host numerous events which will breathe life into the structure.
