IFC Ziraat Bank Headquarters Complex

A Landmark at the Heart of the Istanbul Financial Center

Turner provided project and construction management services for the Ziraat Bank Headquarters Complex, located at the heart of the Istanbul Financial Center (IFC). The 4.5-million-square-foot complex was connected through a shared podium, with both interior and exterior spaces designed to create an active and engaging public realm at ground level.
The development comprised two high-rise towers of 46 and 40 stories, seven levels of underground parking, commercial retail spaces, eight podium floors, a state-of-the-art auditorium, and office space accommodating approximately 5,000 employees.
The building’s form and façade incorporated geometric patterns and Ottoman-inspired motifs, including the traditional Tugra symbol. A centrally located auditorium with a distinctive pebble-like design was positioned within the atrium and was designed to host a wide range of events, contributing to the vibrancy of the complex.
