Park 12 (Ballpark Village)

LEED Silver Certified Addition to the San Diego Skyline

Park 12 is a mixed-used development with a thirty-six-story apartment tower and three low-rise buildings. The all-rental complex has 718 units consisting of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and live-work units. The complex also features twenty-three affordable units, ground-floor retail, a pedestrian plaza with seating and public art with potential to host events, and a parking garage with more than 1,200 spaces. This project is LEED Silver certified.
