Bryan Schmidt

Throughout his career, Bryan has held leadership roles that have strengthened his experience across preconstruction, project execution, client relationships, and overall business operations. Known for his well-rounded understanding of the construction process, Bryan is passionate about servant leadership and creating environments where individuals and teams can do their best work. He is loyal to developing people, strengthening culture, and delivering exceptional results for clients and partners.

Bryan is dedicated to investing in the next generation of construction professionals and supporting opportunities that help students explore careers in the built environment. He serves on the ACE Mentor Board of Directors of Greater Omaha, who’s mission is to inspire high school students to pursue careers in architecture, construction, and engineering.

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife Nicole their four children, Mia, Scarlett, Michael, and Kathrynn. As a family, they enjoy playing with their dog Summer, travelling, participating in many kids' activities, and jamming out at a good concert!
