As Business Manager, Kristy is central to driving portfolio management, enhancing business profitability, and positioning the company for future sales growth. In her role, Kristy oversees the sales and marketing, community and citizenship, procurement, and preconstruction departments.
Kristy joined Turner in 2018 and brings over a decade of experience delivering diverse interiors, life sciences, healthcare, and higher education projects across Texas and California. Kristy has served in several roles within the company, most recently as Business Development Manager and Special Projects Division (SPD) Manager. In these positions, she built deep expertise in the Houston market while leading teams to deliver strong results.
With a background in operations, she understands the unique challenges and requirements of complex projects and has successfully leveraged Turner’s extensive national resources to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of our local clients.
