From preconstruction through project closeout, he provides oversight to, and directs SPD staff, and manages resources to ensure every project is a success for both Turner and our clients. Corey is responsible for all SPD operations, including contract negotiations, client services, project quality, schedule, and profitability.
With 21 years in the construction industry, Corey’s experience encompasses a range of market segments and project types. Since starting with Turner as a senior estimator, he was promoted to SPD preconstruction manager and then to SPD manager.
As SPD Manager, Corey is excited to continue growing the next generation of professionals within Turner while ensuring Nashville remains a major market with a small-town feel.
