This project encompassed a two-storey tenant improvement in Burnaby's Station Square complex. It featured a range of meticulously designed spaces including a reception area, washrooms, AV and conference rooms, lounges, pantry areas, IT rooms, phone booths, private offices, conference and meeting rooms, and expansive open concept workspaces within a 26-foot high atrium. Notably, the space embraced a Westcoast theme with custom millwork elements and artistry, all while adhering to WeWork's quality standards. The project also incorporated diverse amenities such as bike storage, a mothers' room, shower-equipped washrooms, a wellness room, and a versatile event space with custom sound systems and lighting controls. Skillful planning and phased execution across multiple floors were vital due to different turnover dates, ensuring the project's overall success.
