Turner provided construction management services for a 13,800 sq. ft. fit-out for the Reconstructive Orthopedics practice on the second floor in the MOB wing of the Virtua Health and Wellness Center in Moorestown, NJ. The project consisted of new x-ray rooms, treatment and exam rooms, a nurse station, and a complete physical therapy suite. The project also included a full HVAC system and plumbing, a complete electrical package fed from the existing building closet, coordination of equipment layout, and installation and new finishes.
