A 62,000 sq. ft. office building that houses the administrative and operational offices for the Union County Sheriff’s Office. The building features a crime lab that will benefit law enforcement in Union County and surrounding counties and several other spaces for a variety of uses.
This facility includes laboratory space for a digital forensics' lab, trace analysis chemistry, ballistic testing, and finger printing. In addition, there is a space dedicated to evidence storage, a fitness center, and a large community room for community events, ceremonies and trainings. The 12-acre site features a 35,000 sq. ft. green/open space, 160 new public parking spots and 105 secured parking spaces for the sheriff’s department.
