Populous
In partnership with Populous, Turner completed a transformative 19,600 sq. ft. renovation for the Houston Texans, redefining the team’s operational and performance environments to support excellence on and off the field. This project was centered on enhancing day-to-day efficiency, communication, and collaboration for the General Manager and coaching staff through reformed offices and meeting spaces.
In addition to the new administrative areas, the renovation included the full revitalization of the mezzanine level and a complete modernization of the adjacent weight room and performance training areas. These upgrades delivered state-of-the-art facilities to meet the evolving needs of the professional athletes, reinforcing a culture of high performance, resilience, and continuous improvement.
The Houston Texans Football Operations Renovation earned the distinction of Best Project in the Small Project category at ENR Texas & Louisiana’s 2025 Best Projects Awards.
