Revitalizing Sam Rayburn Middle School for Student Success

The Sam Rayburn Middle School project involved demolishing and renovating existing buildings, constructing three new buildings (gymnasium, band hall, and library) and site improvements, all while the school remained active. Safety of students, staff, and construction workers was a top priority, and the new buildings were designed to cater to students' needs. The renovated spaces in the existing building created alternative learning environment classrooms. Communication was essential throughout the project to keep everyone informed and address any concerns. Working on an active campus requires careful planning and coordination to ensure a safe and successful project completion.
