An Office Experience

The project was a first-generation high-end interior finish-out of a Class A office space at the new Park District PWC Tower across from Klyde Warren Park. The new office features active design elements and robust amenities optimized for supporting all employees' health, well-being, and productivity – a noteworthy accomplishment for a workplace that spans 195,000 sq. ft. across seven floors with panoramic views that are second to none.


First Class

In creating an utterly mobile workplace, employees choose a workstation or office for the day using proprietary hoteling software via an on-site kiosk or smartphone. This approach delivers a higher per-square-foot value.

With a signature super-café and work lounge, digital experience center, serenity, quiet rooms, and cutting-edge approach to mobility, this project represents the latest in a powerful ongoing collaborative partnership with all team members.
