As Construction Manager, Turner provided preconstruction and construction services for the Preston Hollow Village Phase II residential and mixed-use development. The project comprises three (3) seven-story, concrete-framed structures totaling 526 residential units and 1,086,000 sq. ft. The exterior wall is comprised of face brick and glass, with sliding glass doors and balconies at each unit. Below the residences is a multi-level parking garage accommodating 785 parking spaces.
Additional program elements include 22,835 sq. ft. of ground floor retail with outdoor patios, three resort-style pools, and outdoor community spaces, including an elaborate entrance to the three-acre park with fountains and falling fire pits and a dog park. Indoor amenities include a teaching kitchen, a conditioned wine storage room, additional residential storage, a golf simulator, three lobbies with seating areas and restrooms, two fitness centers, a club room in each building, a Luxor packaging system, a business center, a yoga, and spin room, and two separate building manager and leasing offices.
