The Pullman at Gulch Union is a 31-story mixed-use residential tower located in Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood. The 525,648-sq.-ft. high-rise delivers 300 luxury condominiums, ranging from one-bedroom residences to penthouses, with contemporary finishes and expansive city views. As the second phase of the Gulch Union development, the tower builds on the success of an adjacent office high-rise previously completed by Turner, reinforcing the area’s continued growth.
The Pullman offers a comprehensive suite of resident-focused amenities distributed throughout the building. Ground-floor spaces include retail and restaurant space, a coffee bar, a dog park, and a pet spa, supported by 24/7 concierge services. Upper-level amenities span multiple floors, including a green roof with outdoor dining and grilling areas, a fitness center, pickleball courts, and a sky-level amenity floor featuring a pool, lounge, coworking space, conference room, and game room. A five-and-a-half-story parking garage provides 362 spaces for residents and visitors.
Constructed on a three-acre site in a highly active downtown environment, the project required extensive coordination across trades and systems. The tower’s curved geometry, precast exterior panels, and integrated building systems demanded precise planning and execution throughout construction. Turner leveraged advanced modeling, coordination, and scheduling strategies to manage complexity and maintain quality expectations associated with high-end condominium construction, successfully delivering one of Nashville’s tallest residential towers within a constrained urban footprint.
