The MSC Cruises headquarters office project consists of a 130,000 square-foot Class A workplace project located within one of Miami’s most prominent mixed-use developments. The project encompassed a 2,300 square-foot ground-level lobby and a full-floor workplace build-out on the 7th floor, including a secondary 7th floor lobby and a comprehensive range of amenity and support spaces designed to meet Class A+ standards such as common areas, hospitality center, private and open office
spaces, conference rooms, restrooms, corridors, dedicated elevators, back-of-house areas, and cafeteria.
The scope of the project extended beyond the interior floor plate to include a 9,600-square-foot open-air breezeway and exterior public areas on the 7th floor, requiring precise integration of architectural elements and building systems to deliver a cohesive, high-quality environment across both conditioned and open-air conditions.
