Turner, as part of a joint venture, provided construction management services for a new MLS sports stadium. The 460,000 sq. ft. stadium is home to the Columbus Crew SC. Built on a 12-acre site and anchoring the west end of the Arena District, the stadium occupies 20,000-seats and a natural grass pitch. The stadium’s premium amenities include 34 luxury suites with loge seating and five club spaces with suites and direct access to field side seating. Fan experience amenities offer spectator terraces, an outdoor event and gathering plaza, food and merchandise retail spaces, the Crew House restaurant and a Nordecke Beer Garden dedicated to the northwest supporters’ gate and the Nordecke. With a 3,356 capacity and a 37° rake, the Columbus Crew stadium Nordecke is the second largest throughout the MLS - giving passionate Crew fans premium viewing and cheering stands.
