GOAA South Terminal C, Phase 2

A New Gateway to Elevated Journeys

Turner, with joint venture partner Kiewit, provided construction management at-risk services for South Terminal C, Phase 1 at the Orlando International Airport (MCO). This phase was a part of the current $1.8B Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) at MCO. The CIP scope includes seven phases: the Landside Terminal Building, Parking Garage Expansion & Rental Car Center, Ground Transportation Facility, Roads, Utilities, Drainage and Site work, and GSE Support. The airside terminal consists of 16-24 gates and has the ability to serve both international and domestic flights. The program is pursuing LEED v4 BD +C New Construction Certification.
