Expansion and Refresh

The renovation and expansion of the Glass City Center transformed the downtown Toledo destination into a modern, welcoming venue for events and gatherings. Spanning approximately 254,000 square feet across three floors, the project included a 42,000-square-foot expansion and a ballroom with seating for 1,150 guests, along with significant upgrades to building systems, technology, and public spaces. The Jefferson Street entrance was completely renovated to create a modern main entry, complemented by an updated café and refreshed lobby. Exterior improvements, including a redesigned curtain wall, new pocket park, and enhanced pedestrian areas, further strengthened the center’s connection to the surrounding downtown community.
